Video 1: The Anatomy of Belief

In this video, Andrea Bordenca, CEO, IGL US, provides ways to sift through the chatter that can perpetuate patterns that don’t align with our bigger sense of purpose. Learn how to take action so you get out of your own way as a result of this video. This will help you better identify how to help those you lead and coach when they’re stuck, too.

We’d love to read your comments! Please share below your takeaways, the questions that are provoked, and the areas that you are not yet quite sure about. There is much more to be explored in the forthcoming videos!

Thank you Andrea for the invitation to a deep conversation with a friend. (A person with shared values and beliefs is a friend to me)

Very struck with Andrea’s deep care and connection.

Struck also with her reference to the inner conversation …and how much that powers the outer conversation.

It reminds me of an early mentor’s comment that had me scratching my head at the time !
    “The underground is the overground”.

I think you’re doing a phenomenal job of introducing people to the deeper human stuff. Articulating it clearly and simply from your own ‘underground’ of respect and care for the human being.

    Thank you.

Thank you Michael for your comments. That inner conversation can be the most difficult to give attention and love to! It is an ongoing practice for me.

In gratitude for your participation and feedback,
      Andrea
