Maribell Gonzalez Encinales

Executive Coach

With 10 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, and coach, I have been developing leaders and teams to improve efficiency in their relationships and results. I use leadership and team coaching to guide people to transform themselves into leaders capable of inspiring, designing and creating the future they care about.

I work together with my coachees, changing their awareness, giving them greater capacity to choose and design the future they want.

We develop habits, create new practices, and get into action to produce new results. I use Generative Leadership and Ontological Coaching to support the well-being and productivity of individuals, to help them become aware of the actions and moods they need, and to align their purpose with their team’s mission. I propose paths of development and create new practices for learning. Together, we forge a path for transformation.

I have been coaching individuals, teams, and executives over the last 10 years using a philosophy called “Generative Leadership,” a hands-on method that is based on inspiring people, declaring goals and delivering on promises they make for a better future. Leaders learn to have the appropriate conversations, coordinate actions, make plans, prepare and deliver their declared future with their teams. I support my clients to embody these skills in the practice of their work and life, so they can integrate mind, body, emotions, and soul, and be passionate about what they love to do. The result is greater productivity and well-being. I guide the leaders through the practices and the conversations they have, so they can constitute high-performance teams.
