Written notification of your withdrawal by fax, letter, or email to Bob is required.
- $1000 US of your registration deposit is nonrefundable if you withdraw from the program prior to the first conference.
- You have a money back guarantee of if you withdraw within 30 days after the first conference. Thereafter there will be no refunds for withdrawal.
If you pay the entire tuition up front, there is no tuition refund if you withdraw from the program. You will be awarded a credit to return to the program, or use with other IGL programs and products. - All program requirements must be completed by end of program. Completion beyond the end of the program will require a registration extension and additional payment.
- If you miss a conference due to health issues or unavoidable, unplanned conflicts you may be provided one make up conference. This is for serious breakdowns or conflicts, not for last minute convenience.
