The Generative Leadership Program (GLP) offers you a one-year professional development certification program with the option of two follow-on years for advanced development. GLP enables you to continuously grow your capacity to create value as a leader from the discipline of Generative Leadership, which IGL has offered and evolved since 1998. 

In Year 1 of GLP you will enter a new worldview of leadership that focuses you on: the sources of valuable action and results, effective communication, and building high performance teams. You will develop skills to overcome the individual and team barriers to effective coordination and elevate your impact as a team leader and value creator. Your GLP includes:

• Focus on skills, practice-based learning, and application on the job for results 
• Personal coach for each participant 
• Learning with others in learning teams with team coaching 
• Curriculum of action-based practices 
• Result-oriented projects as part of the program
