Landing Zone Webinar:
Somatic Practices to Build Resilience
What is the Landing Zone?
The landing zone is a place to build learning embodiment.
When a plane lands, there is a bit of turbulence before the stability of the ground is felt. That stability is the learning in action. And just like finding a firm ground, many of us enter into a new phase, a new relationship, a new role, or any new situation with a bit of shakiness. This is all a part of the learning process.
During this webinar, we are inviting you to a community of practice!
We will explore how to identify and declare breakdowns so we can build resilience through action.
Webinar: Somatic Practices to Build Resilience
It is natural during crises to feel a range of emotions. That’s why we created the Landing Zone, a place for our community to practice. No matter what your relationship with any generative distinction, there are always edges the more we practice. When we practice, new blindspots are revealed.
During this Landing Zone conversation, you will learn to own and manage your wide range of emotions. When we react without centering, we may contract, we may avoid, we may lash out. We may shut people out rather than invite others in, including ourselves. When we are in the practice of center, we are creating the space to catch that, expand and face into. There is a body shape, there are stories, and there are emotions that show up that we may not be aware of.
Join Andrea Bordenca and Barbara Key in this 90-minute webinar to experience using somatic practices that will help create expansion and resilience instead of fatigue and overwhelm. The focus will be learning practices to guide ourselves and others.
