The Generative Leaders Forum brings leaders together to collaborate on the current issues of leadership and their organizations.
Today, our business world is evolving at an ever increasing pace. Whether we’re looking at the advances in technology, new innovations that we must respond to or the new demands around employment.
Change requires that we adapt, learn how to listen to the world and even innovate. This is where an effective leader can’t just get into learning concepts, but must develop new practices and behaviors to help their teams and organizations change.
In this forum, we’ll explore listening, learning new strategy thinking, and developing learning processes for your leadership team and employees. You’ll have a frame to better navigate change that can open new opportunities, turn breakdowns into successes, and increase your professional value.
