The purpose of the Generative Mastermind Group is to participate in a community committed to support each other in closing the gap between where we find ourselves in life and where we want to be, or where we feel called to be. The intent is to go beyond the current boundaries of our thinking, our limits, and our limited capacity to be more effective in closing the gap, and more effective in making and fulfilling bigger or more meaningful promises in your life.
For some, this means taking our enterprise or our leadership impact in the world to another level. For others, it means breaking through what has stopped us. And for others, it is taking on our big questions in life and clarifying what a powerful and satisfying answer is, and advancing to bringing it to realization.
Our new game together is to work with colleagues who have generative leadership background to clarify what are meaningful results for us in our life, work, and business, and to enable ourselves to make them happen. For some of us this means engaging in 10X thinking, scaling up, and going beyond the boundaries of the past. For others it is not about more, but about designing and realizing the good life or meaningful outcomes. In either case, it’s about clarifying what we care about and empowering how we take care of it.
