Power of Ancient
Wisdom Webinar

About the Live Learning Session
on April 27th

Join us for a FREE webinar that serves as a standalone and an intro to a series starting on May 14th.

As leaders, we face a dynamic world of change and challenge, and we need to design our strategies and actions to work in and adapt to that world. What are the blind spots of leaders today, and what kind of perspectives will empower them?

Ancient wisdom from the Chinese tradition of the Five Elements has been dramatically successful in providing clarity of design and effective execution for large and complex organizations and processes. It has enabled the leadership teams of these organizations to clarify and guide their roles, strategies, plans, and actions.

Who is this webinar series for?

  • Leaders who want to master the complexity of their businesses and missions
  • Coaches who want to support leaders to master the challenges of their organizations

  • Those who want to bring a more natural and human context to their organizational cultures
  • Those who want to see the unavoidable structures of dynamic action in their lives, teams, and organizations

What you will learn in the Power of Ancient Wisdom webinar?

  • The key focal points of the process and how they guide the role of the leader and team
  • Key questions that guide the design and leadership of these processes
