Live Events

The Institute for Generative Leadership is hosting a number of live events open to leaders and coaches in organizations.

You can attend either virtual Q&A events or in-person, local events. Q&A events are a complimentary conversation with Director of Client Engagement and coach, Chris Beauchamp. During these events, you can ask questions about your own professional development in leadership and coaching, as well as the Institute’s programs and workshops and how they may be relevant to you.  Local events are designed to create a community with other fellow leaders and coaches to discuss the most pressing issues you face, while being supported with professionals in the generative community that can share learning from their work in the generative discourse.

Leadership Forum – Build Trust to Succeed as a Leader

This week, join us in San Jose, CA at the offices of Good Shepherd Fund for the Generative Leader’s Forum. Pam Fox Rollin, CEO Participant, and Maribell Gonzalez, Program Coach, will co-lead a community learning conversation to explore building trust in teams for effective leadership and desired outcomes. Special thanks to Jason Koski and Good Shepherd Fund.

During this facilitated learning, we will take the time to explore the levels and distinctions of trust in our work with teams as leaders, and how to produce it, increasing our value by the results we produce with our teams. The take-away will be actions and practices that we can each walk away with to start building trust and create success for not just ourselves, but for others that work beside us.

This forum is appropriate for anyone who aspires to lead others or is already leading others. Please arrive a few minutes early.

The Coach’s Forum

We will explore: How to Make More Valuable Offers and Have Them Accepted.

We are inviting coaches in your area to come together in an intimate setting to discuss the challenges and opportunities that exist for professional coaching offers in the world of organizations. The idea is to use the collective wisdom of the group, rather than navigate through these concerns in isolation.

Our Objectives:
1. To leverage the creativity, experience, and expertise of a group of diverse and dedicated professionals by sharing ideas that may open new perspectives and challenge our assumptions about leadership and teams.
2. To explore how to offer a promise that is distinctive and valued in the world of the organization, leader, manager, or team.
3. The opportunity to meet and connect with people that share similar concerns.

This event is hosted by the Institute for Generative Leadership, SEJ Consulting, and Toyama&Co., and facilitated by experienced coaches and leaders from the Generative discipline. This is a reserve-only complimentary breakfast and conversation taking place at the WeWork White House in Washington, DC.
