A masterful leader is someone who declares a shared future that others enthusiastically follow. People willingly follow the skillful leader who has the emotional agility to determine which mood and/or emotion is best suited for any conversation, action, or decision. There is a wide range of emotions and moods that can either limit or open possibilities when facing the myriad choices before us.
In this two-hour live event, we will:
- Learn the difference between a mood and an emotion
- Explore our relationship with moods
- Explore our relationship with emotions
- Provide strategies and practices for navigating our own moods and emotions as well as those of our followers.
