The Generative
Leadership
Approach to
Adapting

About the Live Learning Session on Nov. 17th

As leaders, our ability to adapt is key in order for our team & our clients to thrive.

How can you leverage the strengths that you have already embodied, & also build the skill of adaptability?

Join us for a conversation on November 17th where accomplished leaders will come together to share the practiced habits that have contributed to their success. This is an opportunity for you to reflect on, give voice to, & share your own leadership strengths, and to discover new perspectives from a generative perspective.

Here are some adaptive leadership traits that contribute to outcomes like team alignment, employee retention, and increased market share:

  • Open to, and actively seeks feedback from others (including those you report to, those who work alongside you, and those who report up to you)
  • Confidence in being vulnerable, and saying “I don’t know”
  • Open, flexible listening, approachable
  • Decisive, clear on future outcomes desired
  • Ambitious, in search of new possibilities

What are the top two that resonate most with your approach and embodiment of leadership?
