About the Live Discovery Session

We are in the midst of a global pandemic, racial injustice, a highly contentious U.S. election, and work/life must go on. So, as we come to the close of a tumultuous 2020 and look forward to a brighter 2021, people with an ambition to make a difference in the world still hold commitments they must produce at work, in their career, and most importantly, for their future.

That is why we are offering a 60-minute conversation to explore the skills you can learn in Generative Leadership, whether you face divide, opportunity, or uncertainty. This conversation is specifically for leaders and coaches who hold a commitment to the well-being and prosperity of the people they serve and those that work side-by-side with them.

Two questions people often ask that we’ll address are:

• “How will my leadership impact the results we’ve committed to?”
• “What skills will help me make the impact I seek?”
