This CP integrates all the work and learning that you have done in the Organizational Execution portion of CEO. You will look at the Conversational Anatomy of Organizations, and see the conversations and practices you have been learning and how they all fit together in a unified whole of a network of conversations to coordinate the actions of an organization.
We have found that these conversations are not discretionary technique. Rather, they are the inescapable, essential, and non-discretionary conversations of effective organizations. To the degree that these conversations are missing, broken, or done poorly there is an opportunity for the organization and its leaders, and for you as a coach, to shift the practices of the organization to enable them to produce more of the future that they care about and are committed to.
You will also review the new offers that you have made as a coach from your work in CEO, and the new offers that you see are now possible. You will assess the practices that have been most impactful and valuable for you in CEO, and the practices that you see you want to continue and deepen in your career and life.
